What does Bens holdings have to do with you Gong you don’t hold so it means nothing but Jealousy regarding what he holds or how he arrived at them.
You would consider as the CEO that he will push hard to realise the value of the entrusted offering so that he attains personal wealth from his efforts.
He must bring the share price to better or he personally has no gain simple as that it’s an incentive to him to steer the company to success and shows rather a naive attitude about the situation on your behalf to consider any different.
But I suppose when you have lost money or feel bitter you would say things like this towards management.
You need to find sensible argument Gong and just stop personal attack of management wage sums or share bonuses. Jealousy and envy are not good traits for an investor.
