Rightly or wrongly, these restarts are not taken too seriously by the market so the SP is set mostly as an explorer until finance is in place.
But that just makes the entry price right now so attractive IMHO. If you know a company like the back of your hand, know every inch of their tenements and the resources, understand the issues associated with restart and trust the management to deliver, then the investment decision is pretty straightforward.
Now is the decade of commodities especially those relating to the EV revolution. Once in a lifetime opportunity IMO.
POS is in the box seat. The noise around takeovers at this stage is just idle speculation. That's not something to base an investment on but whatever.
