The wording of mass exodus in my opinion is justified as this is the most i have see people leave the town in my 30 years plus and not be quickly replaced. The problem is this is a seasonal time that people do leave however many relocated to goldfields since pandemic started as were flying in privoiusly but were not able to continue. but due to vacancies back home are relocating back to family. These experianced people will not be replaced till the borders reopen .
