I think everyone has got it wrong. It is clearly AF reaching out to his alien friends for guidance on whether or not to get back into POS.
Have a good look it's the Nazca Astronaut or at least the Nazca Teletubby with a large penis. It even has the Mars Rover in shot for added visual effect. I have been to Nazca and the aliens are coming make no mistake.
