I struggle to understand the hand-wringing relating to an issue that is slated to start resolving itself during the next quarter. If we were a producer and losing production workers, then what is happening right now would be of more relevance, but we're not. This type of thread seems to be more about expressing general personal frustrations and then getting cranky when someone points out any problems with associated the logic used.

If you're that thin-skinned and affronted by someone presenting a differing point of view and staying on-topic while doing so, rather than making it personal, then go ahead; it's for the best for all concerned.
