Yes this is BHP shutting out MCR non spec ore & forcing them to comply with their deal which they will be in breach of. This is BHP stuffing the MCR BOD & AFAF at the same time.

Also this is BHP wanting the producers to have their own mills like PAN & POS have & MCR does not.

MCR has been unable to get more than 1ktpq production compared to PAN 1500Tpq & POS at 1750Tpq (at 20% capacity)

This also shows that BHP cannot be trusted & PH would be wise to go with Trafigura like PAN did as ive been saying for years now. BHP want these producers to put it on a plate for them and MCR has NO MILL and cannot process the ore UNLIKE POS

This makes imho POS a much much larger target for BHP now

PH told us at the 2020 AGM that BHP would love to get their hands on our low impurity low arsenic top shelf ore yet they wont bid or pay the piper. If POS go with Trafigura and start producing, BHP may respond here.

BHP are in serious strife as to their Ni ore supply, a gap that ONLY POS can fill near term imho.
MCR cant Mt Keith isnt and all those supply deals like with Tesla Ford et al are not being filled!

BHP should be eyeing off POS here imho.
