Can totally agree with you Nutsie - if a share was trading at one price, then the next day a take over was issued at 40% premium to this price and THEN holders complained "It's not enough" - absolutely spot on. That’s simple greed talking.
AGM however does not fall into this category - it's CURRENT market appreciation was 0.7 - however it's (according to the board) 2-3 months off from production - hence 2-3 months off making money. Thus this is a large amount of VALUE that most holders feel the current ZFX bid doesn't address.
If AGM were puttering around with a mine already in production and had an SP at 0.7 - bingo, completely agree, but in this case AGM is ABOUT to start - and as Muela has posted MANY times previously, LONG TERM AGM is worth +$1.50.
