The market is conrolled by arbs, instos and hedge funds. Just have a look at what power they had over MFS etc. Smell blood and use their weight of money to smash a stock.
They also tried it with AFG and succeeded in part even though that business is fundamentally sound.
My point is that AGM's future is not in the hands of long term investors. It's destiny lies with what the instos, arbs and hedge funds do in the short term. I say they will dump it to ZFX unless a rival bidder emerges.
