I didn't know AVQ has gone from an explorer to producer.....?!!
They only have the $10M AUD of the initial $15M AUD CN from Incor and $15M AUD from pre-payment of the nickel ore from Gunvor (which is still subject to their client's own due diligence), so a total of $25M AUD to draw upon, touch and go with the $18.2M USD (currently $23.69M AUD) production startup cost estimation which they'll have to pay back (as indicated by their PFS, either from cash or shares), and they also need cash for administration costs (which isn't covered in the PFS $18.2M USD pre-production startup estimate).
And I still think the Kolosori's landownership is more complex then first appeared......."belonged" is past tense (and they are the appellants), as stated in the CoA documentation.........
