If Nickel is breaking out, $9-$10 could be achievable.
Given that what ARL really has is a nickel mine, plus by-product credits...it's exceptional news for ARL.
Also, keep in mind that not all nickel (less than 50%) is economically viable for use in lithium ion batteries. You need nickel sulphate, not nickel pig-iron or ferro nickel. We have this.

Take away - DRC is volatile (at best) as a source of cobalt, ARL has the largest resource of cobalt in the developed world.
