If as it looks I am going to become an Horizon shareholder I have started up a little black book so that I can record key information about the operation, the board members/affiliations and the share registry.

My first place of interest is the share registry and I will arrange a viewing of the registry soon and take pictures of the entire registry. I may after viewing the registry request an electronic copy.

I will need to give a reason/s to view the registry and my main reason will be to contact shareholders and ask for them to support voting against any director standing for election amongst other issues. I will get to view the registry as it is a lawful reason to view or get the registry.

As the request to view the registry goes through the share register (Computershare Investor Services) the company secretary will be notified who will immediately inform the board through the chairman.
This will start my battle.
