Mincor should run this themselves as a little side-project as there are no legitimate "oxide" producers nearby worth talking to.Lots of juniors running studies into mining <1% Nickel resources but none in production and none likely to achieve finance.
There are lots of published studies into heap leaching and Mincor could set up a hub here and toll treat the residual tops of other high-grade deposits. Become the local experts.
