Well, it's pretty clear from the above rant that this member has never analysed, much less actually built or run, a complex multi-year DCF spreadsheet with deferred project start dates. This member doesn't appear to have a grasp of the even most basic aspects of this type of financial modelling tool. (Hint to readers: you CANNOT derive an NPV for a project without running a DCF that... wait for it... Discounts the future Cash Flows to a Net Present Value [shakes head].)

No only can’t analyse, but can’t even read a report and pick out key facts. Might be misinformation here, but outright disinformation on stocks he’s lost his shirt on. Ones he couldn’t understand on the slide (presumably with his dreamland “calculations”) and certainly doesn’t understand on the rise.
