BHP still pumping out the Ni tonnes at smelter(Ni west) due to stockpiles from when smelter was being rebuilt so no shortage of sulphide concentrate all MCR IGO ect.. cons through concentator still sitting in dams awaiting smelting I believe. Meaning any backing off from the mines will possibly have a time delay before this Ni reduction will have any effect on Ni in warehouse(BHP Ni west produce 100,000T p.a of Ni).
