It appears there is some confusion (in one quarter)  regarding what TA is. Let’s see what one  respected source has to say about Technical Analysis:

Technical analysis is a trading tool employed to evaluate securities and attempt to forecast their future movement by analyzing statistics gathered from trading activity, such as price movement and volume. All I can say is that it’s a good thing that the act of evaluating Ni’s price strength/weakness relative to Copper’s (i.e. the Ni/Cu price ratio), with the intention using it to forecast future price changes, based on past trading activity, doesn’t fit within the above definition! It might present a bit of a problem if it did.

Oh, the allure and freedom associated with making unsubstantiated claims without bothering to offer anything to back them up. Why bother expending that kind of energy? Just keep repeating it for long enough and loud enough (~2 years now) and eventually it will stick? Not really sure of the effectiveness of that strategy during a suspension. Maybe it's a branding exercise? Maybe it's a Gruen experiment? (lol)
