This has gone from 2 cents to 0.4 of a cent and likely to fall further. Up ramping won't save his, face the facts, this is toast. They still have to pay POS $950k, i can't see how they will do that without going bust or massive dilution through a CR...
Time is limited IMO, high risk even at this price, DYOR...
