whoever spoke of capitulation yesterday was a day off...this mornings open on the LME was the capitulation and now we just might see the price rise steadily...
For what it is worth, I think we will have a rise back to 15c here on moderate volume until we either have a cap raising at 10 - 12c or funding is signed off on.
