would it be the underwriter buying those options as he sold 500k worth of shares(or part of it) at a loss and hedging the loss by taking the options to cover the case if the share price goes beyond his purchase price of 1.5c? or even if it reaches close to 1.5c and could get an exit price of 0.02c or more.
