The second part of that statement to me indicates that the loan funding for the remainder of the project AFTER CASHFLOW POSITIVE will come from 80% of the cashflow attributable to HRR (40% share). If i am totally wrong and the deal is as you say 4.5% total capital outlay then this is phenomenal from the first year of production.
