Thanks for that Path7. I have posted a few times recently in relation to SMY and the nickel price and am pleased to see this balanced and informed viewpoint - especially in relation to the pig iron matter which is a big driver.

IMO, this is all a little short sighted as most producers are hedged and may therefore not be exposed to the short term price weakness. Various analysts are tipping the medium term recovery of the nickel price (perhaps to do with running pig iron back to the farm) at which time hedging may be reset...

I continue to have faith.
