They have the wrong take on it imho, as over the next 4 months it's 6%
Also 28kt (plus MRE's 3) is equivalent to 66% of the entire 47 kt LME stocks.
Just one more supply side hiccup, and we have me wishing I hadn't reduced my nickel.
