Thanks Rusty for your post.
As usual though it seems to pose more questions than it answers. It seems to me a contradiction that projects will wind down or go on care and maintenance. Why would that happen if the price doubles, surly they will gear up rather than wind down. Also the article seems to say there are little or no new projects, yet we know of one in SI, also Highlands pacific (hig) are proposing a rather large project in png. Similar to our own the way I read it.
Again thanks for your post was very interesting, just wish i knew some answers instead of discovering new questions. I suppose that's what makes mineral resource investing such a difficult process.
