Stinge, There was talk of an agreement to use Ramelius Burbanks plant for processing the Ni and Co.
From June '07 Qly:
"During the quarter Focus Minerals commenced discussions with Ramelius Resources Ltd regarding the potential to refurbish the existing nickel circuit at Ramelius Burbanks processing plant, located 10km north of Nepean. Refurbishing the circuit would enable Focus Minerals to produce nickel concentrate containing significant platinoid and cobalt credits."
As for stockplies - you are correct. I can't find the ref in my files but there was an agreement signed for another to coy to extract the ore and give Focus a cut.
PON continues to cop a beating, however, so we might be waiting a while for anything to happen at Nepean.
