IF there is going to be a funding ANN tomorrow, why come out with todays ANN?
Here is my theory the Board wanted to reduce Management salaries so the said we will take a pay cut if you do!
The Board being smart know that this news will drop the SP so effectively they get more shares which negates their pay cut.
Now that is real "Uncle Arthur" LOL!
Time for a glass of Red!
