The jury is still out as far as I'm concerned. Cost cutting measures will take time to flow through and whether they will be sufficient remains to be seen. March quarterly should tell us something.

Mining underground continues as normal and having the mill running on a two week on/one week off basis makes good sense. It never ran continuously before as underground could never keep up with the ore. This way it's easier to control grades and keep maintenance under control.

Obviously some people have been let go, and there's never usually any happy feelings associated with that happening. Unfortunately that happens when things get tight and a company have to make tough decisions.
