reduced stockpiles and global miners have only just mothballed marginal plants which could be brought online quickly. All that is now needed is a growth fro driver at the moment china and india look potentially good as they are rapidly investing. Australia and japan should begin pulling back in resources and final stage technolgoy. US might take a little longer but europe might pull up fairly qauickly
