Wharehouse levels have peaked imo as has the decline in the spot price.
Consumers of the metal may see the levelling out as a signal to buy a stock up which should trigger gains in the spot price and flow through to shareprices.
Declining production will also accelerate any spot price rises and return to a profitable level for miners.
