Not all juniors are equal. Nickel from Sunrise SRL is slated for next gen battery company SES AI Corp (on the NYSE). Seems to address the risk you've mentioned. Plus they have a completed Project Execution Plan, autoclaves and $400m of non-recourse debt. Far more advanced than other juniors.
