I will do some research into the supply numbers this weekend but it has been well reported in the media and from analysts that copper has been rising lately due to shortage of supply. These base metals don't move alone. Copper is the early mover and nickel and zinc will follow. Supply has been shortened over the past year and with Ravensthorpe out of the picture that's another 40,000 tonnes per annum out of the supply stream with other projects mothballed.
