As I see it, the price can only remain high while some of the mines are idled. We are just beginning to see global stockpiles fall - they would still be rising if all capacity was utilised.

Vale's Sudbury mine is a huge low cost producer & at some time the miners strike there will end, and then we will understand the likely direction of stockpiles.

In any event, I do have confidence that Mincor will make the right call on when to begin. They are pretty sharp operators IMO.
