No-one knows, and if they did they'd make a fortune. As Tricha (long ago spooked off nickel) has so often said, it's the devils metal. Many of the biggest miners in the world were betting on it, but it collapsed long before subprime hurt resources.
Better for you to ramp ALB for the Uranium. Far too speccie for me, and better leverage in MBN if you truly believe you can see the future for pon.
For now I"ll stick with ni miners mid way down the cost curve or better, and leave ST pon predictions to the clairvoyants.
