The Copernicus J/V is a joke.
PAN have all their other mines up and operating at the current nickel price but refuse to open up Copernicus.They are not doing any exploration at Copernicus either.THX have their hands tied on this project.
From what I can see, it is only got a small resource anyway (3800t Ni).
At best, it will only produce a relatively small profit.It certainly doesn't appear to be a big driver for PAN either.I believe they do not have enough capacity to include this ore with their own (100% owned) ore.
I haven't seen more than a few words from either company on the future of this mine, if any.
If this mine can't be opened at current Nickel price, it never will. At least it doesn't cost much to keep in care and maintenance.
