Not the greatest researcher here, but I thought I read somewhere that our previous partner in Africa had 830 million shares given when they became partners and they are the ones dumping. By my calculations they have about 100-200 mill left. Just a personal thought that our Directors aren't releasing new news so that the new shareholders will get the benefit of good news. Definitely all in my opinion DYOR
