well Val its a blip that hasn't happened since Oct 11, thats 4 years ago, so I like the look of this blip. I Was in China last week and massive construction is going on in the 100k radius I was in around Shenzhen. Seems like it has not slowed in the 4 years I have been making regular business trips. The reported economic slowdown appears overdone IMO. They must be chewing up resource stock piles at present, hope it continues.
