    It seems that the action in VPE was triggered by
    a 96% jump in KEST in the USA.

    This is a local company, that VPE has had 19% stake
    in for a long time ... likewise, SSN is holding about
    a 20% stake in KEST.

    Kestrel (KEST) jumped 96% last night, with no
    apparent news, so it could be interesting to
    see what develops from here .....
