We haven't received any communication for NS. Anyway my proxy was faxed the day it arrived.
It is so quiet on ZYL. 20th May 8.46 million shares traded 10th Nov 5.78 million shares traded and then ZYL went into steady decline. Litigation will see further distractions for this company and depletion of funds. I hope it doesn't come to a fight. Sounds to me Nick is not going quietly.
So quiet I have be going over old posts. Interesting one from Ninnie 45 around Dec 12th "Hypothetically speaking" Really makes you wonder what is going on currently.
