When (if) it lists they'll receive shares relative to the $1 figure. Anything above a dollar in the IPO is a 1 for 1 share as I understand it. Under a dollar and let's say 50 cents as it's easy then it's 2 for 1. My understanding only. Takeover a similar scenario if I'm reading correctly.
