Wanted out! Well they sold some shares which without looking they probably got for nothing to assist when Nico was in it's infancy.
Plenty of Uni etc. get shares in Companies and like many pay nothing or next to nothing. Like many, they need money to support their costs etc. So they sold some for a huge profit. Don't see any issue with this.
