As far as increasing salaries, this is to bring better executives into the team. Not for pay increases.

I think Macquarie may have sold to put the money elsewhere. I am confident that there is a new project on the horizon that could bring some exciting results.

Also, when Mt Webb has further samples tested, this could prove to be a winner as a JV may occur. Alternatively, they may sell it to raise cash for the new project. IMO. The Chinese may be interested in it. Many possibilities here. I'm sticking around for the long term.
