CAZ willl win.
RIO will lose.
No matter what happens from here, CAZ enters the major mining arena and RIO loses a fer bucks per share....they will regain it through other situations.
CAZ will be given this opportunity to fevelop and team with BHP to pay ropyalties to the WA people......to provide jobs and mine an area that RIO had 16 years to do but drilled 16 years and drilled not one hole.
Its in the bag for CAZ.
Anytoehr outcome will see a mass movement against the current WA governement power and result in a revolt within this industry.
RIO clearly lost this one. They will however be tighter on these processes and forumla in future.
