All well and good Kaoto, but 2D and 3D do not show the ACTUAL OIP, only the formations potential to hold it! Dusters once showed this same potential too!
For this reason, the mkt is always going to have a hard time valuing an oil stock on 'potential' OIP...give them a 1P 2P any day!
The blue sky for long term holders is finding the oil and selling it at ever increasing prices...big corporate companies could swallow it blue sky and all, and leave no trace!
The story of oil is as you say...let's hope NDO is still here in another 5 years!
