... very true; most analysts I know of in/out of oil concerns, whether on the revenue estimation side or for forward curves (i.e., re. option strategies/hedging, etc) are using a PoO >$70USD for qtr 3+ of "09. The nudging of $50/bbl is not predicted to stabilize either.
The $35 mark would have to be a very low w-c scenario; simply not sustainable based on core macro factors or the OPEC clique's l-term objectives. Good news for NDO ... IMO
