Top end UOIIP is rarely met, hence using the mean reserves in this case.
As a note; the phillippines often has residual oil traces at surface from some of these large targets picked up on satelite, not to mention ".... " gas seepage results. the "...." stands for something which I dont really want to say - dont want to feed teenages on a spoon.
