Further to that blastoff, theres still more seismic to be assessed and also potential for multi TCF of gas. So potential is still there.
Top end UOIIP is rarely met, hence using the mean reserves in this case.
As a note; the phillippines often has residual oil traces at surface from some of these large targets picked up on satelite, not to mention ".... " gas seepage results. the "...." stands for something which I dont really want to say - dont want to feed teenages on a spoon.
