Strat as a NDO holder only interested in NDO view.

In a Takeover merger you would like a premium of course but also if you don't want to sell then shareholder value is the next line. can NDO help RAI holders get shareholder value? Thats for them to decide.
My thought is yes but thats a NDO view of course.
Also you will note my previous statement of an example of 1:4 maybe this sort of premium is required as well - Then NDO would have decide if thats worth it.
