More dilution for NIDO ? not well received by many of the shareholders. Its easy to just print more money!
A better deal in my mind is for Nido to take up a small percentage with say $10mil. Nido gets more cash earnings at low risk and no dilution. Now with two sources of income they can afford to look for bigger fish.
If the speculation is correct and a full takeover is imminent then the slightest hiccup and were back to 2cents in no time with 3 billion shares on issue.
I hope that new management are a little more careful with shareholders equity.
