Let me get this right, a director sells stock, and at a later date the stock price goes up.
Then, this makes you lose confidence.
With this sort of perverse logic,a director could never sell,ever, 'cos the stock price may rise later and have you lose confidence.
Each to their own but i don't think i will be jumping on your bandwagon of logic.

Lesson 101 for directors don't ever sell, the stock may at a later date go up and the punters will lose cofidence.

On the other hand with your logic, when a director sells and the price then starts falling you will be confident.
