Neil, have seen this tool used only three times, each time we used it they could not get a conclusive reading, as the well was more than 6 degrees off centre. After they have all the drill pipe out, the CBL they run will have centralisers on it. If the tool is not central in the hole you can't be 100% sure of the reading.(you can't push the centralisers down the drill pipe) For the best down hole tools you look at only Schlumberger, all the rest are second rate, how ever Schlumberger, charge like a wounded bull. I will wait now until you have spoke with John.
