I,m saying I believe in the settling time after the close of business brokers match existing orders I the queue.
I believe you can add orders whenever one is allowed to. People can and do add orders at various times after that.
In my experience, the brokers won't place the orders in the matching period shortly before and after official trading times. IMVHO
