2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
150 gm diced pancetta
Turn off and add the following:
2 beaten eggs.
4 tablespoons freshly grated Pecorino cheese.
2 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
Serve on two servings of spaghetti.
